PADI Divemaster
As a PADI Divemaster, Instructor candidate and dedicated lionfish hunter, scuba diving has become much more than a hobby for over 24 years —it's my passion, my adventure, and my escape. Exploring reefs, caverns, shipwrecks, and marine ecosystems around the world allows me to reconnect with nature in one of the most peaceful environments on Earth.
The underwater world reminds me to slow down, stay present, and appreciate the beauty that exists beneath the surface.
Scuba diving gives me the chance to relax, reset, and recharge so I can return refreshed and ready to provide the loving, attentive care that all my furry friends deserve.
The ocean is where I find my peace—and that peace is something I bring back with me to my grooming world!
Advanced Snowboarder
When I'm not grooming pets in the winter, you'll usually find me chasing my next adventure in the mountains. Snowboarding is one of my favorite ways to disconnect from the fast-paced energy of New York City and reconnect with nature.
As the owner of GroomedByMily, my days are spent caring for pets, creating breed-specific styles, and making sure every dog and cat leaves looking and feeling their absolute best. I truly love what I do, but it also takes patience, focus, and long hours on my feet.
Escaping to the mountains gives me the chance to slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and recharge. Snowboarding has taught me resilience, confidence, and balance—qualities I bring back to my work every day. After a weekend on the slopes, I return to the salon refreshed, energized, and ready to give each of my furry clients the care and attention they deserve.
